Consumer Research × AI Automation

I work in consumer research and I'm building the tools I wish existed.

Researcher and automation builder at the intersection of consumer insight and AI. By day I uncover what drives shopper behaviour. Outside of that I'm automating the parts that shouldn't be manual.

About

I'm Dr. Ruchira Suresh, a Senior Research Consultant at eye square in Berlin, with a doctorate in psychology and over three years of industry experience in market research.

My work centres on understanding what drives consumer attention, choice, and behaviour, integrating implicit and explicit methods like eye tracking and surveys to deliver insights that are commercially actionable, not just academically interesting.

I specialise in advanced quantitative research, benchmarking, and meta-analytical work, translating complex behavioural data into actionable recommendations for leading brands.

Alongside the research, I'm building automated workflows in n8n to modernise how analysis gets done. Less time on process, more time on insight.

Based in Berlin Working at eye square, a behavioural research company specialising in shopper and ecommerce studies.
Doctorate in Psychology Researched how people perceive and process numerical information in financial decision making contexts.
Building with n8n Automating research workflows so more time goes to insight and less to manual process.

A bit more about me

In research, manual work is just part of the job. It always has been.

When AI started becoming a real option, my first instinct was resistance. It felt like losing control of something I'd spent years getting good at. The rigour, the process, the craft of research. I wasn't ready to hand that over.

But then something shifted. I started seeing AI not as a replacement for the thinking, but as a way to get rid of everything around it: the repetitive parts, the manual parts, the parts that slow you down before you even get to the interesting questions.

That's what I'm figuring out, one workflow at a time. How to bring a researcher's mindset to automation, and an automation mindset to research.
